RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The below information will help facilitate the return of an unused product. Please note: Our return policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from MFCPinc.com store. Any defective products would be covered under a separate Warranty Policy from the manufacturer. Contact us by email and we'll let you know how to send your merchandise back.   • Product returns require a proof of purchase or original receipt.
  • A return request must occur within 14 days of delivery, and it must be received by our warehouse within 10 days from the date of request. Freight expense is not refundable.
  • Products must be in an unused and saleable condition.
  • Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card used to make the purchase.

Please pack the product(s) tightly and with adequate protection/insulation. When shipping the item, product should also be in its original box with any manuals, hardware, or other accessories originally shipped with it. As a safe practice, be sure to get a tracking number from your preferred shipper to monitor your package in transit. MFCPinc.com store is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit to us, or damages due to poor packaging by the shipper (customer). MFCPinc.com store is not responsible for return shipping charges.
